Hello mommies, please is it bad to sleep on the right side while pregnant? People say one should only sleep on the left and it's not easy sleeping on the left all through the night. As I get body pains, leg cramps and there's a need to change position. I really need advice on how to go about it, thank you.

Please forget all these superstition and sleep on both sides. The only position that is not good is to lie with your tummy facing down.
