that's a lie that is far from truth. Sleep is good for you as a pregnant woman and I don't believe it's ever too much. Although you need to exercise the body, sleep is needed. When I was pregnant with my first baby, if there's one thing I don't joke with, it's sleep, especially in the afternoon. My body system was so programmed that immediately it's 12pm, I'll begin to feel sleepy. I could sleep from 12 to 3-4pm daily and when it was time to deliver, everything went normal.
