Reduce your salt intake and spicy food too. When sitting or lying down, place your leg on something high eg; small stool for sitting and pillow when lying down, it will help your feet to loosen up
At thuli,for d hrt burn try and take ewedu..I mean alot of ewedu it will help u suppress d pain..I experience it almost everytime I try using antacid not working,tank God for ewedu...it really help alot..
