Morning mommies is this calcium suitable... I was given the calcium 180mg at the clinic, this month the no longer have calciums i should buy it for myself... I bought the calcium 500mg, is it okay? How do I drink it?

Hmmm I think you should consider buying lower mg.. 60mg-180mg, nothing above what the clinic offered

The margin is damn too much please, 180mg and 500mg. I advice you buy from pharmacist instead of road side stores and let them know what you have been taking before
