Good morning mummies in the house, am 6wek and 2days, yesterday night I don't sleep am having comping all throughout the night. What can I do now ma.

when you mean cramps I guess you mean pains in the tummy? if the pains is down your abdomen, and it seems like you want to have your period or something is going to come out of you, then it's not a good one. it's a sign that Miscarriage may occur
