I know I suffer with it to and anxiety but try not look into it that way find a way that u can change the way u feel and thing what u like to do try to eat healty and less caffeine tat will make u feel good and help u tink clear I'm her if u need to talk
Aww hun it does xx have you spoke to your midwife about it? Antenatal depression is REAL and it sucks. There is a lot they can do to try and help you π₯°
