Hello, girls! I don't even know how to present the whole situation; my head is spinning. The triplets are in CE2 in France (akin to second grade), and until now, there were no problems, or at least none that I was informed about. There are no favorites among the children - NONE, but we don't neglect anyone either. Today, they came home from school and the eldest started crying, saying that her classmates are neglecting her and that the only people she talks to (at school) are her brother and sister. My twins will only start school this September, so she doesn't have contact with them there. She complained that her classmates laugh at her because her name is the same as the main character of the cartoons "Inside Out" and "Inside Out 2" (Riley). All five of them have now gone out with their father, and I'm at a loss for words. I don't regret naming her that; there were personal reasons, and they had nothing to do with the cartoon. I absolutely love all my children's names, and I don't even know what to say to her. Tomorrow, I plan to go to the school and talk to the teacher, but solving things at school is one thing, and protecting a child from hating their own name is another ?.
