I'm 8 weeks pregnant and have been feverish for two days now, is it safe to take paracetamol? Please help.

Not all paracetamol. There's the one they give in the hospital. I will advise you go see the doctor

go to the hospital from my experience it turned out to be malaria

paracetamol is fine. but take it in smaller quantities, probably 1 at a time and not longer than 7 days. also try drinking lemon, garlic, ginger and honey mixed in warm water until you start feeling better. good luck
