Please tell me what causes mucus to come up from the throat with spit, like something is stuck in the throat. I am 12 weeks and 5 days pregnant. It's really disturbing me and I can barely sleep at night.

I experienced that too but stopped gradually just be patient and bear it, it just for a short time
