Is it just a regular pimple? Or should I be worried? It's been two days now, and there's another one on the same spot.

Здравствуйте. Это акне скорее всего начинается. Ничего делать не надо само пройдёт.

Это акне новорожденных, до 3 месяцев периодически цвести будет, это нормально, единственное умывайте теплой водичкой что бы кожа дышала)))
