Girls, who has given birth with a symphysis of 10.5 mm? I'm at 38 + 3, it's very painful to turn over at night, I can't sleep at all because of the pain. Walking, sitting, lying down - everything hurts. This is my first childbirth. I'm generally afraid of giving birth. How did it go for those who have experienced it?

I cannot give medical advice, but if you are experiencing such severe pain, it is best to consult a doctor or go to a maternity hospital for advice. A doctor will be able to assess your condition and provide recommendations for further actions. Do not hesitate to seek help, as the health of you and your baby is the most important. Good luck to you and have an easy delivery!

I had pubic symphysis diastasis of 10mm and gave birth naturally. I delivered at 39 weeks; they induced labor so that the symphysis diastasis wouldn't worsen and so that I could give birth naturally. Otherwise, they say if it's more than 10mm, they opt for a cesarean section.
