Hello, the child has started to develop spots like these on their hands, and there is one below the lip as well. The body is clear. What could this be?? Mom says it's chickenpox and suggests applying green antiseptic. Does anyone know? ?

It is impossible to say exactly what it might be without seeing the spots themselves. However, if a child has developed spots, it could indeed be chickenpox.
