I'm 7-8 days late) It's been 3 months since the biochemical pregnancy. Somehow, I didn't notice that a month had passed since my last period. On the 5th day of the delay, I took a pregnancy test and it showed a faint positive. Two days later, it was clearly visible, but I have many doubts and am afraid it might happen again ?. I can't calculate ovulation, even the late ones don't match) My last period was on December 24.

If you have a delay in your menstrual cycle and the test shows a positive result, then most likely you are pregnant. To be sure, it is better to consult a doctor for an ultrasound examination. The doctor will be able to accurately determine the presence of pregnancy and provide recommendations for further actions. Do not be afraid, it is better to seek help and support.

Please have a blood test for hCG dynamically and based on its results, even the initial one, you can consult with a doctor. It might already be possible to refer you for an ultrasound to at least check that the pregnancy is in the uterus. This is important when the test shows a faint line - especially.

The test can show a positive result if, for example, you have a cyst; I personally had this experience. There was a delay and 2 lines were clearly visible, but the hCG did not indicate pregnancy.

If you have a delay of more than a week, then the test should clearly show 2 lines...
