Closer to 9 months, he sat up on his own and almost immediately after that, he began to crawl. He crawled backwards, not forwards, for about 2-3 weeks. I taught him to sit by myself (watched on YouTube). I also taught him to crawl forwards. At 11 months, he began walking with support. At 1 year and 2 months, he began walking independently.

At 7 and a half months, she sat up by herself and immediately started crawling. At 8 months, she stood up holding onto a support, not hurrying, not being forced. She was afraid to walk without support for a long time, she would squat, lean, and dance on the spot, but didn't want to step forward. At 1 year and 2 months, I took her by the hand (tired of waiting) and after about 4-5 days, she finally started walking on her own.
