I'm begging for help again ?. After childbirth, my stomach started hurting, I don't feel like doing anything, just cramps and pain, not spasms, it's been two days like this.

К врачу идите, чем вам тут помогут. Выделения с плохим запахом, боли, это все повод обратиться к врачу, скорее всего это все взаимосвязано
