Hi! I need to see the actual numbers — without them it's hard to say. Please write the value of white blood cells (and if available — neutrophils, ESR/CRP), and say which "erosion" you mean (cervical/stomach?), and what symptoms there are. In short: - Normally WBC ~4–10 ×10^9/L (reference ranges may vary slightly). - A slight increase can occur with local inflammation (for example, inflammation of the cervix with erosion), but often an increase indicates a more pronounced infection or inflammatory response. - WBC also rise with stress, pregnancy, taking certain medications, etc. If you have fever, severe pain, heavy/foul-smelling discharge, or general worsening — it's better to see a doctor before your appointment. You can send the results — I'll take a look and suggest what to ask the doctor next.
