I went to the clinic and they told me that my BMI is 42 and it must be below 42. What does it mean? Please help.

Your bmi is your body mass index. So it’s how big you are, you’re weight in simple terms. My BMI was 35, not sure what it is now. BMI is recommended to be below 30 for a normal sized person but being a big girl myself it didn’t exactly make me feel secure about myself but they’ll give you support and ways to lose the weight you want.

Go for 30 minute walks everyday! That’s what I’ve done I’ve been so active and my bmi is now 32 as it was 35
