Good morning. Can you tell me if it's possible to find out someone is pregnant one week after sex? I just took a blood test and it came back positive, but the HCG level is negative.

a blood test is more sure than an HCG test bcos its still too early

Blood test is accurate, then with urine , u can check when you missed your period for the next month. By then the hormone HCG has been detected in the urine
