Good day moms. Please help a sister. I'm 12 weeks 1 day and first-time pregnant. Since I started taking Chela Preg, I feel like splitting every time and it makes me uncomfortable. Is that normal?

sleep on your side.. left side is more preferable for enough flow of blood and keep the baby from resting on your kidney

morning might be your body has to still get use to it like any vitamin ...I'm 24weeks and I have been using Chela Preg consult your doctor too if you want certainty
