Hello everyone! How do I express breast milk after weaning my child? It's been 4 days already. The first two days it was slightly engorged, I expressed just enough to relieve it, then it wasn't hard anymore. What should I do now? There's still milk, but my breast is soft. Should I express all of it completely or what? Please advise ? people say different things.

You can simply continue to express milk as needed to ease discomfort and maintain the lactation process. If you encounter any problems or have questions, it is recommended to consult a doctor or a breastfeeding consultant for additional support and advice.

Take a hot shower at night. Strain. Apply camphor oil and bandage the chest. By morning, everything should burn out.
